Plumeria rubra

Small tree
that grows to 5 meters. The leaves are pointed, to 40 cm long, with
a milky sap. Compare with the leaves of the white kalachuchi (P. obtusa),
which are rounded. There are many forms and varieties with red, yellow
or pink flowers, or flowers with a pale yellow center and pinkish
petals. It is a native of Mexico and is widely cultivated in the Philippines.
It is planted in many gardens and roadsides in Alabang Hills.
